发现Github上的文件的donwload按钮总是链接无效，翻了翻，主要是raw.githubusercontent.com被进行了DNS污染。后通过如下步骤解决：
1，访问ipaddress.com，找到raw.githubusercontent.com的真实ip。我得到的结果是199.232.68.133
2，编辑C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts文件，增加一条
199.232.68.133 raw.githubusercontent.com
即可
