前几天在Amazon上买东西,可能数额比较大,客服发来邮件说要verify我的信用卡,账户也冻结了。我本来关联的信用卡是没有消费过美元的,客服回复Please, at your
earliest convenience, ask your bank to contact us directly so that we
may verify the information on your account. 打电话给银行人家根本不提供这项服务。因为需要尽快把东西寄到我马上就要回国的同学那儿,所以我直接取消了订单,重新注册了一个账户,用另外一张消费过美元的信用卡,同样收到了verification的邮件,原文如下

紧盯着邮箱的我一看到这个邮件马上把他需要的材料传真过去了(信用卡账单,账单上包括持卡人姓名、持卡人账单地址、信用卡银行客服电话)传真的第一页我同时copy给了Amazon客服邮箱,因为账单是中文的,为了我用英文在账单上把姓名、地址、客服电话三个地方标注了一下并翻译成英文。

传真第一页也就是邮件正文:

Account email: xxxxxx
Order number: xxxxxx

* Name as it appears on your credit or debit card: 信用卡持卡人姓名(我写上了英文和中文因为账单上是中文的)

* Address on file with the card issuer: 账单邮寄地址,一般账单上第一页就有地址和姓名

* The customer service phone number for your financial institution: 400客服电话还有海外咨询电话(有的银行专门有海外咨询电话),比如建行就是86-21-38690588 from outside China or 400-820-0588 from within China

第二天没收到回复我又去了邮件催了一下,第三天就收到解冻的邮件了,购买成功哈哈,以后在amazon上就指着这个通过verification的信用卡了
